Regarding the U11 Hockey Canada Pathway:

SJAMHA understands the value of the U11 Pathway program. However, Hockey Winnipeg has deferred the component of the U11 Pathway program involving the 4 additional ice times due to COVID-related safety issues, lack of lead time notice and budget concerns. SJAMHA has not raised fees (except for U7 for players development) and the U11 Pathway was not presented at a time that allowed it to be included in  the 2020-21budget. There are 7 components in the U11 pathway and SJAMHA will implement 6 of them.
