SJAMHA’s goal is to provide both players and coaches the opportunity to improve their skills and abilities.

Players Camps

Player skill development camps are arranged through out the season and include:

  • Mandatory Body checking clinics for all players entering Bantam (Hockey Winnipeg)
  • Pre-season camps to get players prepared for the upcoming try-outs and regular season
  • In-season skill camps for most ages on school inservice days
  • Post-season
    • Transition to Full Ice for Novice and House League
    • SJA Spring Hockey League

RYAN SMITH CAMPS:

 

I am pleased and proud to announce that my camps will be back again this summer for the 7th year in a row at the Allard Arena. I am excited to see some familiar faces and get to know some new ones. . These camps have been well attended ( sold out 6 straight years ) and I thank you for your support and trust in the training.

 

The first week August 24-28 has a variety of camps for all ages while the 2nd week August 31 - September 4 has our traditional Smitty’s Skills Camp and Goaltender Clinic.

 

Our goal is to provide a fun, safe environment for learning new skills and sharpening up some skills that are already in your game. Our instructors are all dedicated to making the camp a great experience and will provide excellent teaching and leadership.
